Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept all major credit cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may also send your credit card information via phone or post if you wish.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we take payment and send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling Postage and Packing is charged at a fixed rate of £4.50 for all orders under £40.00 and £6.50 for all orders over £40.00 to addresses on the Mainland UK. If you live anywhere else, we will contact you to advise of the carriage cost and confirm it is acceptable before proceeding with your order.
Orders we are sent by 1st Class Royal Mail Post or Interlink Couriers. These also need to be signed for on arrival.
We must be advised of non-delivery of goods within 7 days from the date of invoice, otherwise a claim cannot be made on the carriers for loss in transit. If we are not so advised the consignee will be deemed responsible for the loss.

Delivery Schedule
On the rare occasion that we are out of stock of any item we will contact you. We do not take payment for any order until the goods are being despatched to you. Goods will normally be despatched the same working day that we receive your order. |
Back Orders We do not as a rule back order items. However, we will let you know by telephone or email is we do not have the item and let you know when we would expect to take delivery.

Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
If you want to return your order (or part of an order) within 30 days of purchase, please do so.
If an alternative to your original order is required i.e. size/colour we will need to charge you postage to send the goods to you again.
If we have made a mistake with your order, such as sending the wrong item/colour/size/etc, we shall either exchange the item or refund the entire cost of your order (including the cost incurred by yourself to return the item).
NB. Goods must be returned to us un-used, in a re-saleable condition with an explanation as to why they are being returned.
We always credit payment cards within 2 working days of receiving the goods back.
